1. Introduction
Our website, https://o-sonix.com (hereinafter: "the website") does not set cookies by default. Cookies and other related technologies (for convenience all technologies are referred to as "cookies") are placed by third parties only if you click to play a Spotify or YouTube player. In the document below we inform you about the use of cookies on our website.
2. Cookies
Unless you click to play a Spotify or YouTube player, the website does not store cookies on your device.
2.1 Technical or functional cookies
The website does not place technical or functional cookies.
2.2 Statistics cookies
We do not use statistics cookies. We count visits with Rybbit, a cookieless statistics service.
2.3 Marketing/Tracking cookies
Marketing/Tracking cookies are cookies or any other form of local storage, used to create user profiles to display advertising or to track the user on this website or across several websites for similar marketing purposes. We do not place these ourselves. Spotify and YouTube may place their own if you click to play their players.
3. Placed cookies
Most of these technologies have a function, a purpose, and an expiration period.
- A function is a particular task a technology has. So a function can be to "store certain data."
- Purpose is "the Why" behind the function. Maybe the data is stored because it is needed for statistics.
- The expiration period shows the length of the period the used technology can “store or read certain data."
The website places no cookies by default. If you click to play a Spotify or YouTube player, that service may place its own cookies. The website keeps one short note in your browser’s session storage, so that a music player you have closed stays closed during your visit. It is not a cookie, is not sent to us, and is deleted when you close the tab.
4. Browser and Device based Consent
We do not show a cookie pop-up, because the website sets no cookies by default. You do have the right to opt-out and to object against the further use of non-functional cookies.
4.1 Manage your opt-out preferences
To opt out, or to make any other request about your personal data, email info@o-sonix.com with your name and your request.
5. Enabling/disabling and deleting cookies

Please note that our website may not work properly if all cookies are disabled. If you do delete the cookies in your browser, they will only be placed again if you click to play a Spotify or YouTube player again.
